RELATABLE INSPIRATIONS

REFUND, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Effective Date: November 6, 2026

This policy explains how Relatable Inspirations (“RI”) handles refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and payment disputes for products, consultations, memberships, classes, and merchandise.

The terms below apply unless a specific product listing, invoice, or written agreement provides different transaction-specific terms. Applicable consumer rights are not waived by this policy.

1. General Payment Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product or service description, price, payment requirements, and applicable terms before completing a purchase.

RI may accept payments through Squarespace checkout or through an alternative payment method identified on an RI invoice. These methods may include Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or another approved payment processor.

For alternative payment methods, the RI invoice or written payment instructions will identify the amount due and the payment destination.

A payment is considered received when RI verifies receipt of the funds. A payment screenshot or pending transfer does not necessarily establish that funds have cleared.

2. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products may include guides, templates, workbooks, checklists, downloadable files, and other electronically delivered materials.

Because digital products may be accessed, downloaded, or copied after delivery, purchases are generally nonrefundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where:

  • The product was not delivered and RI cannot reasonably correct the issue.

  • The delivered product is materially different from what was advertised.

  • A duplicate payment or duplicate order is verified.

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a download or access problem, contact RI so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or restore access.

3. Classes, Courses, Audio, and Recorded Content

Payments for classes, courses, audio materials, video content, replays, and other educational content are generally nonrefundable after access has been provided or the content has been delivered.

If a scheduled class or event is canceled by RI, customers may be offered a rescheduled session, replacement access, credit, or refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

A customer who cannot attend a scheduled class should contact RI as soon as possible. A missed class does not automatically create a right to a refund or private replacement session.

4. Consultations and Personalized Services

Consultations, document reviews, business support, project-development services, and other personalized services may require RI to reserve time, review submitted materials, prepare resources, or begin work before the appointment.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise:

  • Customers should request a cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Once a service has been performed or a deliverable has been provided, the completed portion is generally not refundable.

  • If RI has not started the service, RI will review a refund request based on the service agreement, work already performed, and applicable law.

  • If a service is only partially completed, RI may assess the work performed and any remaining obligations before determining an appropriate resolution.

An appointment is not automatically refundable because a customer changes their mind, does not attend, or does not obtain the result they hoped for.

5. Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals

Customers are responsible for attending appointments at the agreed date and time.

If a customer arrives late, the consultation may need to end at the originally scheduled time or be rescheduled, depending on availability.

A missed appointment may be treated as a used appointment when RI reserved the time and was ready to provide the service.

Any late cancellation, missed-appointment fee, or rescheduling charge must be disclosed in the applicable service listing, invoice, or written agreement before it is charged.

6. Memberships and Recurring Payments

RI may offer memberships or subscriptions that renew periodically, including monthly memberships.

The purchase page or checkout should identify the membership price, billing frequency, and recurring-payment terms.

Unless the listing states otherwise:

  • Memberships continue until canceled.

  • Customers may request cancellation of future renewals.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund a previously paid membership period.

  • Access generally continues through the end of the paid billing period unless the membership terms or a valid termination reason provide otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date to avoid a subsequent renewal.

If a customer is unable to locate the cancellation option, they should contact RI before the next billing date.

7. Merchandise and Physical Products

For physical merchandise, customers should review the product description, size, color, and other order details before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, contact RI promptly with:

  • Order or invoice information.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographs, where helpful.

  • Any other information reasonably needed to review the request.

RI will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns for customer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind are subject to the return terms disclosed for the particular item.

8. Services or Orders Canceled by RI

If RI cancels a paid service or cannot deliver an order, RI will communicate with the customer and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

  • Rescheduling.

  • Replacement delivery.

  • Equivalent service or access.

  • A credit.

  • A full or partial refund.

If RI cannot provide a reasonable alternative, a refund may be issued for the undelivered portion, subject to applicable law.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you were charged twice, paid an incorrect amount, or sent a payment to the wrong destination, contact RI promptly.

RI will review available transaction and invoice records. Verified duplicate payments or payment errors will be addressed appropriately.

Customers should not send additional payments to correct a suspected error until they have confirmed the issue with RI.

10. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Send your request to:

Relatable Inspirations
Email: RelatableInspirations@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your full name.

  • Order number or invoice number, if available.

  • Product or service purchased.

  • Date of purchase or payment.

  • Description of the request.

  • Relevant supporting information.

RI may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.

If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, RI may coordinate another lawful refund method with the customer.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, or payment method. RI cannot guarantee the processing time of an independent provider.
