RELATABLE INSPIRATIONS

SERVICE & MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Effective Date: November 6, 2026

This policy explains the general expectations, participation requirements, and service limitations for Relatable Inspirations (“RI”) consultations, memberships, educational programs, business support, document reviews, and other personalized services.

Specific service descriptions, invoices, and written agreements may contain additional requirements for individual offerings.

PART I — GENERAL SERVICE POLICIES

1. Service Descriptions and Scope

Each RI service is limited to the services, time, deliverables, and support identified in its product listing, invoice, or written agreement.

Customers should review the service description before purchasing. Not every service includes unlimited communication, additional appointments, document preparation, follow-up sessions, or ongoing support.

Any work outside the purchased scope may require a separate purchase or written agreement.

2. Intake and Customer Information

RI may request an intake form, project description, supporting documents, background information, or other materials before beginning a service.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.

  • Submitting documents they are authorized to share.

  • Identifying important deadlines and requested outcomes.

  • Reviewing information before submitting it.

  • Notifying RI of material changes.

RI may delay or decline work when necessary information is missing or the request falls outside the scope of the purchased service.

3. Consultations

Consultations may be provided by telephone, video meeting, Telegram, email, in person, or another method agreed upon by RI and the customer.

A consultation is limited to the purchased subject and scheduled duration.

Unless expressly included, a consultation does not include:

  • Unlimited follow-up communication.

  • Representation before a court, agency, or other organization.

  • Filing or submitting documents on the customer's behalf.

  • Professional certification or approval of documents.

  • Guaranteed outcomes.

  • Services outside the purchased package.

Customers should arrive prepared and have relevant questions and materials available.

4. Document Review and Administrative Support

RI may provide document organization, formatting, proofreading, completeness checks, issue-spotting for educational purposes, administrative review, and general feedback.

The specific type of review must be identified in the service description or invoice.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, document review does not constitute:

  • A legal opinion or legal sufficiency determination.

  • Attorney review or attorney approval.

  • A guarantee that a document will be accepted by a court, agency, lender, investor, or other third party.

  • A substitute for review by a licensed attorney, accountant, tax professional, or other qualified professional.

Customers remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of their documents and deciding whether to submit or use them.

5. Recordings and Session Materials

A consultation or group session will be recorded only when the applicable service description or participants are informed that recording will occur and any required consent is obtained.

Customers should not independently record, publish, distribute, or share RI sessions or other participants' information without authorization.

Where a purchased service includes a recording, RI will identify the applicable delivery method and any access limitations.

6. Communication and Response Times

RI will communicate through the contact method agreed upon for the service.

Response times may vary based on service volume, operating hours, holidays, and the scope of the request.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, RI does not promise continuous, immediate, or 24-hour availability.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers and members are expected to communicate respectfully and participate in a constructive manner.

RI may restrict or discontinue participation for harassment, threats, abusive conduct, repeated disruption, unauthorized sharing of private information, fraud, or other conduct that materially interferes with the service or the safety of others.

PART II — MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

8. General Membership Terms

Memberships provide access to the features, content, meetings, or support described on the applicable membership page.

Membership access is personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, resold, or shared unless RI expressly permits it.

Membership benefits may change as RI develops its programs. RI will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect an existing paid membership.

9. Recurring Billing and Cancellation

A membership may renew automatically at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout or on the applicable invoice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the recurring billing terms before enrolling.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a previously paid membership period. Refund requests are handled under RI's Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and applicable law.

10. Membership Access and Participation

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account and contact information and following any program-specific rules.

RI may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unauthorized sharing, abusive conduct, fraud, or material violations of membership rules.

Any remaining payment or refund obligations will be handled under the applicable agreement and law.

11. Exclusive Videos Membership

The Exclusive Videos Membership provides access to the video content and other features identified in its membership listing.

Unless expressly stated:

  • Membership access is limited to the registered customer.

  • Videos and related materials may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

  • Access is subject to the active membership and any stated access period.

  • Membership does not include private consultations or individualized project support unless separately purchased.

12. PPB — Platinum Private Build

The Platinum Private Build (“PPB”) is a private project-development and support service intended to help customers organize, develop, improve, or advance a selected idea, business concept, project, or other stated objective.

The scope of a PPB engagement is determined by the purchased package and its written description.

PPB may include planning discussions, project organization, development feedback, educational guidance, and other agreed support.

PPB does not guarantee that a project will be completed, funded, approved, profitable, or successful. Customers remain responsible for decisions, implementation, expenses, and third-party requirements.

PART III — BUSINESS SERVICES & REFERRAL PROGRAM

13. Business Support Services

RI may provide business owners, entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and organizations with educational, administrative, organizational, and project-development support.

Depending on the purchased service, business support may include:

  • Business concept and project-development discussions.

  • Business organization and planning support.

  • Business plan and proposal feedback.

  • General funding-readiness education.

  • Administrative and operational organization.

  • Business document organization and review.

  • Preparation and organization of information for professional review.

  • Consultation regarding business goals, challenges, and next steps.

  • Educational resources, templates, checklists, and recommendations.

  • Referrals or introductions to independent third-party providers.

The exact services provided will be identified in the applicable service listing, invoice, or written agreement.

RI does not guarantee business funding, grants, loans, contracts, investor approval, revenue, profitability, or business success.

14. Business Document Reviews

Business customers may purchase document review or administrative support for materials such as:

  • Business plans.

  • Proposals and presentations.

  • Operating procedures.

  • General business correspondence.

  • Contracts and agreements for organizational review.

  • Funding-readiness materials.

  • Business forms and application materials.

  • Project outlines and planning documents.

RI's review may identify missing information, organization issues, formatting concerns, inconsistencies, or questions the customer may wish to raise with a qualified professional.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, RI does not provide legal opinions, legal drafting as an attorney, tax advice, accounting opinions, securities advice, or professional certification.

Documents involving legal rights, obligations, ownership, liability, or regulatory compliance should be reviewed by an appropriately licensed professional.

15. Business Consultations

Business consultations may address topics such as:

  • Business development and organization.

  • Project planning and execution.

  • Funding-readiness education.

  • Business documentation and administrative processes.

  • General operational challenges.

  • Preparation for meetings with lenders, investors, attorneys, accountants, or other professionals.

  • Identifying potential resources and next steps.

A consultation is limited to its purchased duration and stated scope.

Additional research, document work, follow-up sessions, or implementation support may require a separate service or invoice.

RI does not act as a lender, investor, financial institution, law firm, accounting firm, or government funding agency.

16. Business Referrals and Recommendations

RI may recommend or introduce customers to independent service providers, business resources, professional organizations, membership programs, vendors, or other third parties.

A recommendation is intended to help customers identify potential resources. It is not a guarantee that the provider is suitable, qualified for a particular customer's needs, or able to deliver a particular result.

Before engaging a referred provider, customers should independently review:

  • The provider's qualifications and services.

  • Pricing, fees, and payment requirements.

  • Eligibility and enrollment conditions.

  • Contract terms and cancellation policies.

  • Privacy and information-sharing practices.

  • Any limitations or exclusions.

The customer decides whether to engage a third-party provider. Any resulting agreement is between the customer and that provider unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

RI is not responsible for the independent provider's performance, advice, fees, decisions, or contractual obligations.

17. Referral Program and Associate Participation

RI may offer referral opportunities that allow approved participants to introduce prospective customers to RI or participating third-party providers.

The terms of a referral opportunity will be provided in the applicable referral-program description or written agreement.

Depending on the program, participation may include:

  • Making referrals without a paid membership.

  • Access to additional training or support through a paid associate membership.

  • Different referral compensation levels based on the applicable program terms.

  • Access to approved promotional materials or referral instructions.

Participation does not automatically authorize a person to provide professional advice, make promises on behalf of RI or a third-party provider, negotiate contracts, collect payments, or represent themselves as an employee, attorney, or licensed professional.

Referral compensation, eligibility, payment timing, restrictions, and any required disclosures are governed by the applicable referral agreement.

Participants must follow applicable laws, advertising requirements, provider rules, and RI's written instructions.

RI may modify, suspend, or discontinue a referral program subject to applicable agreements and law.

18. Third-Party Memberships and Professional Services

RI may provide information about third-party legal, business, financial, or other membership programs and services.

The third-party provider controls its own membership agreement, eligibility, benefits, exclusions, service availability, fees, and cancellation terms.

RI does not provide the third party's professional services and cannot guarantee that a particular matter will be covered or accepted.

Customers should review the provider's agreement and contact the provider directly with questions about coverage, professional services, or eligibility.

19. Business Customer Confidentiality

RI will handle business information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any applicable written confidentiality agreement.

Customers should not submit trade secrets, sensitive financial information, passwords, account credentials, or confidential third-party information unless it is reasonably necessary for the purchased service and RI has agreed to receive it.

If a customer requires specific confidentiality, nondisclosure, or data-handling terms, those terms should be agreed upon in writing before confidential materials are submitted.

PART IV — GENERAL PROVISIONS

20. No Guaranteed Results

RI provides support and resources, not guaranteed outcomes.

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, submissions, business operations, professional engagements, and implementation of recommendations.

21. Changes to Services

RI may revise its offerings, program structure, scheduling, content, and service procedures as its business develops.

Changes to an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and law.
