RELATABLE INSPIRATIONS
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: November 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Relatable Inspirations website, products, memberships, consultations, educational materials, and other services.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for a membership, or participating in an RI program, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented for the specific offering.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase or participate in the applicable service.
1. About Relatable Inspirations
Relatable Inspirations (“RI”) provides educational resources, informational content, consultations, project-development support, administrative assistance, document organization and review support, memberships, classes, digital products, and referrals to independent third-party providers.
RI's services are intended to help individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses become better informed, organized, and prepared to pursue their goals.
The exact services, deliverables, time limits, and fees are determined by the applicable product description, service listing, written agreement, or invoice.
2. Educational and Informational Services
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, RI provides educational, informational, organizational, and administrative support.
RI is not a law firm and does not provide attorney-client representation. RI does not appear in court, act as a customer's attorney, or create an attorney-client relationship.
RI does not provide individualized legal opinions, legal representation, or guarantees concerning court proceedings. Document organization, document review, educational discussions, and general information are not substitutes for advice from a licensed attorney.
RI also does not act as a licensed tax, accounting, investment, credit-repair, or other regulated professional merely by providing educational or administrative support.
When a matter requires professional advice, customers are responsible for consulting an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.
3. Website Use and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry, order, booking, or application.
Use the website and services for lawful purposes.
Avoid submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of RI and others.
Avoid disrupting website operations or attempting unauthorized access.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, where applicable.
Submit only documents and materials you are authorized to share.
RI may refuse or discontinue a request when the information provided is incomplete, the requested activity is outside our services, or continuing would be unlawful, unsafe, or impractical.
4. Orders, Payments, and Invoices
Prices, payment requirements, and accepted payment methods are stated on the applicable website listing, checkout page, or RI invoice.
RI primarily uses Squarespace for its website and may use Squarespace checkout or other payment services.
Depending on the transaction, payment options may include:
Apple Pay.
Cash App.
Venmo.
Zelle.
Other payment processors or payment methods approved by RI.
Alternative payment methods, including Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle, must be provided through an authentic RI invoice or other written payment instructions issued by RI.
An invoice should identify the applicable service or product, amount due, payment instructions, and any relevant due date or payment schedule.
A payment is not considered confirmed merely because a customer initiates a transfer or sends a payment screenshot. RI may need to verify that the payment was received and cleared.
Customers are responsible for:
Paying the correct amount.
Using the payment instructions provided for that transaction.
Including any requested invoice or order reference.
Confirming that payment was received when confirmation is needed.
RI will not be responsible for payments sent to an incorrect, unauthorized, or unverified account.
5. Product and Service Descriptions
Customers should review the applicable product or service listing before purchasing.
Descriptions may identify:
What is included.
What is excluded.
The number and length of sessions.
Whether a session is recorded.
Delivery format.
Access period, if applicable.
Customer responsibilities.
Any required documents or information.
The price and payment schedule.
If an invoice or separate written agreement contains transaction-specific details, those details will govern that transaction when they expressly differ from general website descriptions.
6. Consultations and Communication
Consultations are limited to the subject, duration, and deliverables identified in the purchased service or invoice.
RI may communicate through email, telephone, video meetings, Telegram, or another agreed communication method.
Customers are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, providing requested information, and communicating any scheduling conflicts promptly.
RI does not guarantee that every question or issue can be resolved during a consultation.
7. No Guarantee of Results
RI does not guarantee:
Approval for loans, grants, funding, credit, or financing.
Business profitability, revenue, or customer acquisition.
A particular legal outcome, court decision, dismissal, settlement, or judgment.
Approval of trust, estate, tax, or business documents by a third party.
Acceptance of applications, contracts, or proposals.
Results from referrals to independent providers.
Results depend on circumstances, third-party decisions, customer participation, and factors outside RI's control.
8. Third-Party Services and Referrals
RI may provide information about, introduce customers to, or refer customers to independent third-party providers.
Third-party providers are responsible for their own services, eligibility requirements, fees, contracts, advice, and performance.
A referral does not mean RI controls, supervises, or guarantees the third party's work.
Customers should review the provider's terms, qualifications, pricing, and service limitations before enrolling or entering into an agreement.
Where RI has a material business, referral, or compensation relationship relevant to a recommendation, RI will disclose that relationship as required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, RI owns or has permission to use the website content, branding, written materials, videos, audio, guides, templates, graphics, and other materials made available through RI.
Purchasing a digital product, guide, template, class, or membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased material for its intended purpose.
You may not, without written permission:
Resell or redistribute RI materials.
Reproduce or publish paid materials for commercial distribution.
Share membership-only content with nonmembers.
Remove ownership notices or branding.
Claim RI materials as your own original work.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of RI's intellectual property.
10. Website Availability and Changes
RI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content, products, services, or features.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
If a change materially affects an existing paid service, RI will address the matter in accordance with the applicable service agreement and refund or cancellation policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, materials, referrals, or services.
RI is not responsible for independent third-party decisions, actions, services, payment platforms, or systems outside RI's control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension or Termination
RI may suspend or terminate access to a website feature, membership, or service when a customer materially violates these Terms, engages in abusive or unlawful conduct, fails to meet payment obligations, or creates a safety or operational concern.
Where appropriate, RI may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Any refund or remaining service obligation will be handled under the applicable policy and law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another law is required to apply.
Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
14. Changes to These Terms
RI may revise these Terms as its business, offerings, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
